1. A method, comprising:
receiving a report of an accident by a server, the accident involving a transport of a plurality of transports that comprise a plurality of blockchain peers;
in response to the receiving the report, accessing by the server a video file created by the transport and stored in a remote storage;
identifying a timestamp of the video file by the server;
in response to a blockchain consensus among the plurality of blockchain peers, accessing by the server two or more video files that were created by two or more transports of the plurality of transports and stored in the remote storage;
identifying sections of the two or more video files having timestamps within a preset range of the timestamp of the video file by the server;
combining by the server the sections of the two or more video files;
assessing by the server damage to the transport based on the sections that have been combined; and
generating a damage assessment report by the server, wherein the damage assessment report comprises information regarding the damage to the transport.
