1. A system for a user device, comprising:
a single sensor device configured to perform a health monitoring functionality and a security functionality; and
an optical filter comprising a plurality of layers,
wherein thicknesses of the plurality of layers cause different wavelengths of light to be directed to different sensor elements of the single sensor device,
wherein the single sensor device is a single multispectral sensor configured to perform the health monitoring functionality and the security functionality based on the different wavelengths of light,
wherein, to perform the security functionality, the single sensor device is configured to:
perform the security functionality using a subcutaneous identification technique, and
wherein, to perform the health monitoring functionality, the single sensor device is configured to:
perform the health monitoring functionality based on measurements of one or more wavelengths of light reflected.
