1. A computer-implemented method, comprising:
detecting a commit event at a code hosting platform, the commit event corresponding to updates at the code hosting platform associated with behavioral-driven development (BDD) testing of a software application component;
retrieving, from the code hosting platform and in response to identification of the commit event, a feature file corresponding to the commit event;
parsing the feature file based on a set of onboarded scenarios stored in a database to identify details associated with a set of one or more new or modified scenarios associated with the software application component;
updating the set of onboarded scenarios with the details associated with the set of one or more new or modified scenarios to produce an updated set of scenarios;
presenting indications of the set of updated scenarios in a scenario dashboard in response to user input accessing the scenario dashboard;
identifying a set of selected scenarios for testing in response to user input selecting one or more of the set of updated scenarios for testing;
determining, automatically, a corresponding repository and corresponding test information for each scenario in the set of selected scenarios; and
utilizing the corresponding repository and corresponding test information for each scenario in the set of selected scenarios to cause an automation server to perform BDD testing on the software application component for the set of selected scenarios.
