17. An autonomous vehicle comprising:
a Lidar system, the Lidar system comprising:
a plurality channels respectively configured to provide ranging information for the autonomous vehicle, at least one channel of the plurality of channels comprising:
an emitter paired with a receiver, the emitter configured to emit one or more signals into a surrounding environment, the receiver configured to receive a return signal corresponding to a reflection of the one or more signals off the surrounding environment;
a first timing circuit configured to measure a time of flight of the return signal, and
a noise source detector to detect a noise signal associated with the return signal, the noise source detector comprising:
a sensor configured to receive the noise signal, and
a second timing circuit configured to generate data indicative of a direction of a noise source associated with the noise signal.
