1. A device for rotable mounting of a camshaft of an internal combustion engine, comprising:
a first bearing body composed of a first side region and a second side region, wherein the first bearing body comprises a receiver for rotatable mounting of the camshaft arranged in the second side region;
a cylinder head or a fixing frame for fixing the first bearing body, wherein the first side region and the second side region are directly in contact with a contact face of the cylinder head or the fixing frame;
a first fixing means being the sole fixing means which fixes the first bearing body to the cylinder head or the fixing frame, wherein:
a) the first fixing means is partially arranged in the first side region and generates a tilting moment to support the first side region of the first bearing body on the contact face of the cylinder head or the fixing frame, and
b) an own weight of the camshaft acts downward to support the second side region of the first bearing body on the contact face of the cylinder head or the fixing frame, and
c) the second side region and the contact face contact each other in a region extending from the first fixing means only to a point directly below the receiver for mounting the camshaft.
