1. A system for refining one or more critical minerals, comprising:
a dissociating reactor configured to dissociate one or more input materials into a plurality of dissociated species, wherein the dissociated species comprise at least one refined critical mineral; and
a separation membrane fluidically coupled to the dissociating reactor, wherein the separation membrane is configured to separate a first set of components of the one or more input materials from a second set of components of the one or more input materials prior to delivery of at least some of the first set of components of the one or more input materials to the dissociating reactor.
