1. A cleaning system for removing soil from a surface during a warewash cleaning cycle comprising:
a cleaning composition comprising:
(a) a detergent mixture comprising about ≥20 wt. % to ≤80 wt. % of an alkalinity source, about ≥1 wt. % to ≤50 wt. % of one or more chelators, about ≥1 wt. % to ≤20 wt. % of a water conditioning agent, about ≥0.00001 wt. % to ≤1.0 wt. % of a peroxidation catalyst, and about ≥0.1 wt. % to ≤20 wt. % of a defoamer; and
(b) a first rinse aid comprising about ≥20 wt. % to ≤50 wt. % of an oxygen source, about ≥1 wt. % to ≤15 wt. % of a hydrotrope, about ≥1 wt. % to ≤15 wt. % of a surfactant, and about ≥1 wt. % to ≤15 wt. % of one or more additional chelators; and
a rinse step composition comprising:
(a) a second rinse aid comprising about ≥10 wt. % to ≤60 wt. % of an oxygen source, about ≥0.5 wt. % to ≤50 wt. % of a hydrotrope, about ≥0.5 wt. % to ≤50 wt. % of a surfactant, and about ≥0.5 wt. % to ≤50 wt. % of one or more additional chelators;
wherein the cleaning system removes soil from the surface during a wash cycle of less than 10 minutes, and wherein the detergent mixture, first rinse aid, and rinse step composition are kept separate prior to use of the cleaning system.
