1. A compound having a pyrimidine ring structure, wherein
the compound having a pyrimidine ring structure is represented by the following general formula (4)

in the formula (4), A4 represents a pyridyl group, or a quinolyl group,
Ar8 represents a substituted phenyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted biphenyl group, or a substituted or unsubstituted terphenyl group, the substituents thereof representing a phenyl group, a biphenyl group, or a naphthyl group,
Ar9 represents a substituted phenyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted fluorenyl group, or a substituted or unsubstituted spirobifluorenyl group, the substituents thereof representing a phenyl group, a phenanthrenyl group, or a spirobifluorenyl group,
Ar10 represents a hydrogen atom.
