1. A compound of formula I, a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, or a tautomer thereof,

wherein R1, R2, R3, and R4 are each independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, methyl, t-butyl, methoxy, difluoromethyl, trifluoromethyl, trifluoromethoxy, nitro, halo, phenyl and heteroarylcyclyl; R5 is hydrogen or halo; R6 is hydrogen, or an alkyl or cycloalkyl having 1 to 4 carbon atoms; and
wherein the compound inhibits coronavirus 3CL protease activity.
