1. A hydrocarbon fluid storage structure for storing hydrocarbon fluids therein, the structure comprising:
a base frame;
a storage vessel supported on the base frame so as to be arranged to contain hydrocarbon fluids therein;
a heater in communication with the storage vessel so as to be arranged to heat the hydrocarbon fluids in the storage vessel; and
a containment vessel supported on the base frame so as to fully surround the storage vessel;
the storage vessel being fully received with a boundary of the containment vessel;
a containment space that is fully enclosed between a boundary of the storage vessel and the boundary of the containment vessel such that the containment space is arranged to contain fluid therein;
wherein the boundary of the storage vessel is uninsulated such that the containment space is arranged to be heated by heat migrating from hydrocarbon fluids contained in the storage vessel into the containment space; and
wherein the boundary of the containment vessel is heat insulated so as to be arranged to contain heat within the containment space.
