1. A web comprising,
an array of discrete polymeric tubes; and
a plurality of spacer segments structures between at least a plurality of adjacent polymeric tubes;
wherein polymeric tubes are hollow polymeric tubes;
wherein the web is a continuous web; and
wherein the tubes are within two or more planes.
