1. A method for improving intermittent endurance capacity, comprising administering an effective amount of aspartic acid to a subject in need thereof,
wherein a timing of the administering is immediately before to 3 hours before or during performing intermittent exercise,
wherein the administering of the aspartic acid is a single administration, wherein the single administration improves intermittent endurance capacity in the subject.
