1. A transluminal cardiac valve, comprising a latticed tubular structure having a first and second end thereof, a first end of the latticed tubular structure configured as a plurality of undulating sections formed by an end row of cells of the latticed tubular structure, a plurality of biasing projections projecting longitudinally from the end row of cells of the latticed tubular structure, and at least two valve leaflets, each of the at least two valve leaflets comprising some of the plurality of biasing projections extending from cells in the plurality of undulating sections and a polymer covering spanning the plurality of biasing projections and subtending spaces between the plurality of biasing projections of each of the at least two valve leaflets.
