1. A cut guide for an arthroplasty procedure, comprising:
a first portion comprising a first surface, wherein at least a portion of the first surface has a first length and a first width;
a second portion comprising:
a second surface located relative to the first surface to define a space between the first surface and the second surface, wherein at least a portion of the second surface has a second length and a second width; and
an opening for a cutting tool; and
wherein the space has a height equal to the distance between the first surface and the second surface, a length parallel to the first length and the second length, the space length being greater than the height, and wherein the space is configured to receive a portion of a bone pin.
