1. An electronic circuit board assembly for a medical device, the assembly comprising:
a first base circuit board including a first side and a second side, wherein the first side is positioned on an opposite side of the first base circuit board from the second side;
a first frame coupled to the first side of the first base circuit board and configured to receive a front image sensor including a second circuit board, wherein the first frame is positioned at one end of the first base circuit board; and
a second base circuit board including a third side and a fourth side, wherein the third side is positioned on an opposite side of the second base circuit board from the fourth side; and wherein the second circuit board is coupled to the fourth side of the second base circuit board;
wherein the second circuit board is coupled to the first frame and the second side of the first base circuit board;
wherein the second circuit board extends through an opening in the second base circuit board.
