1. A display substrate, comprising:
a driving back plate, having a first driving area and a second driving area;
a first electrode pattern, provided on a side of the driving back plate and comprising a plurality of transparent first electrodes located in the first driving area and a second electrode located in the second driving area, wherein the first electrode is in a strip shape extending in a first direction and spaced apart in a second direction;
a light emitting layer, provided on a side of the first electrode pattern away from the driving back plate, and comprising a first light emitting portion located in the first driving area and a second light emitting portion located in the second driving area;
a second electrode pattern, provided on a side of the light emitting layer away from the driving back plate, and comprising a plurality of transparent third electrodes located in the first driving area and a fourth electrode located in the second driving area, wherein the third electrode is in a strip shape extending in the second direction and spaced apart in the first direction,
wherein the display substrate further comprises:
a spacer layer, comprising a plurality of strip-shaped isolation pillars extending along the second direction and spaced apart in the first direction,
wherein an isolation pillar of the plurality of strip-shaped isolation pillars comprises a first layer and a second layer sequentially laminated along a direction away from the driving back plate, and materials of the first layer and the second layer are different, and etching rates of the first layer and the second layer for a same etchant are different.
