1. A wireless device comprising:
one or more processors; and
memory storing instructions that, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the wireless device to:
receive downlink control information (DCI) comprising parameters of a plurality physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) transmissions of a cell;
determine, for a transport block (TB), a first hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) process associated with a first PUSCH transmission of the plurality of PUSCH transmissions; and
in response to a listen-before-talk (LBT) procedure, for the TB of the first PUSCH transmission, indicating a busy channel, transmit the TB via a second PUSCH transmission, of the plurality PUSCH transmissions, associated with a second HARQ process.
