1. A method of wireless communication by a user equipment (UE), comprising:
receiving at least one first collision report, each first collision report indicating at least one first monitored subset of sidelink resources that were monitored by a remote sidelink UE, the at least one first monitored subset of sidelink resources being subdivided from a pool of resources within a coverage zone;
identifying at least one second monitored subset of sidelink resources not covered by the at least one first collision report; and
transmitting a second collision report indicating allocation collisions detected by the UE on the at least one second monitored subset of sidelink resources to at least a second UE, the at least one second monitored subset of sidelink resources being subdivided from the pool of resources within the coverage zone, each of the at least one second monitored subset of sidelink resources differing from each of the at least one first monitored subset of sidelink resources indicated in the received at least one first collision report, the second collision report further comprising a description of each of the at least one second monitored subset of sidelink resources, the transmission of the second report being triggered in response to an expiration of a predetermined time period.
