1. A method performed by a user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system, the method comprising:
receiving, from a base station, a radio resource control (RRC) signaling including information related to a slot offset between a first cell and a second cell in an unaligned frame boundary;
determining a time offset between the first cell and the second cell, based on the information related to the slot offset; and
communicating, with the base station, in the first cell and the second cell related to the unaligned frame boundary,
wherein a reference time duration related to the time offset is based on a reference subcarrier spacing (SCS) for the time offset,
wherein the reference SCS is a maximum of a lowest SCS among at least one SCS configured for the first cell and a lowest SCS among at least one SCS configured for the second cell,
wherein, based on the communicating in the first cell and the second cell, physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) is received from the base station by the UE, and
wherein, based on discontinuous reception (DRX) being configured, a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) for the PDSCH is monitored by the UE within an on duration associated with the DRX.
