1. A method of transmitting a signal by a user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system, the method comprising:
measuring status information including mobility information and a location of the UE;
receiving a first signal including control information including information about a cluster area;
based on the location of the UE being located in the cluster area, monitoring whether a third signal of another UE is received within a predetermined period; and
determining whether to transmit a second signal as a representative UE of the cluster area based on the monitoring result, and
wherein the second signal includes collision avoidance guide information requesting a change of a movement angle and a movement speed.
