1. A communication system comprising:
a user apparatus; and
a base station that configures carrier aggregation (CA) with at least one serving cell and a secondary cell (SCell) included in the at least one serving cell for wireless communication with the user apparatus, wherein
the base station is configured to transmit, to the user apparatus with using RRC signaling, information related to at least one beam used in the SCell, and
the user apparatus is configured to:
receive a reference signal from the base station; and
identify, using the information, a beam in the SCell based on the reference signal.
