1. A method comprising:
monitoring, by a media content platform, consumption of at least one media content item associated with an artist, by multiple user accounts, on the media content platform;
generating data for the artist that describes the consumption of the at least one media content item by the multiple user accounts;
receiving a request to access the data for the artist, the request including credentials associated with an originator of the request;
validating that the credentials associated with the originator of the request are associated with an entity authorized by the artist to access the data for the artist; and
in response to validating that the originator of the request is authorized to access the data for the artist:
identifying a role associated with the originator of the request;
configuring a user interface that presents a subset of the data for the artist based on the role associated with the originator of the request and includes at least one action item to be performed based on the subset of the data; and
displaying the user interface at a computing device.
