13. A system comprising:
at least one memory having stored therein computer instructions that, upon execution by one or more processors of the system, at least cause the system to:
determine one or more of an effective unit cost, multiplex efficiency, or channel utilization for a selected user of a content delivery network configured to provide edge services using a plurality of service providers, wherein data traffic for the selected user of the content delivery network was distributed to at least two of the plurality of service providers;
determine a redistribution of the data traffic to the plurality of service providers to effect a net improvement to the one or more of effective unit cost, multiplex efficiency, or channel utilization for the selected user; and
based on the determined redistribution, configure the content delivery network to redistribute data traffic for the selected user.
