1. A processor of a user equipment (UE) configured to communicate with a further UE via a sidelink, the processor configured to:
determine candidate physical sidelink feedback channel (PSFCH) resources corresponding to a resource pool, wherein the candidate PSFCH resources are based on an allocated subchannel used for a physical sidelink shared channel (PSSCH); and
transmit hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) feedback on one or more of the PSFCH resources.
