1. A method comprising:
connecting a first set of inductive elements, via a first set of switches, to a first direct-current power source having a first voltage, and connecting a second set of inductive elements, via a second set of switches, to a second direct-current power source having a second voltage;
controlling a voltage ratio of the first voltage to the second voltage to be the same as a winding ratio of the first set of inductive elements to the second set of inductive elements by applying control pulses to the first set of switches and the second set of switches; and
outputting, based on the controlling of the voltage ratio, an output voltage.
