1. An antenna comprising:
a parasitic circuit element in a dielectric substrate;
a first wiring line that passes through the parasitic circuit element; and
a first stub and a second stub that are connected to the first wiring line,
wherein the first stub is connected to a different position of the first wiring line than the second stub, and
wherein the first stub is connected to the first wiring line at a first position corresponding to a first frequency of a radio frequency signal radiated at a power supply circuit element supplied by the first wiring line.
