1. A carbonaceous material having a BET specific surface area of 1550 to 2500 m2/g, a value of an oxygen content/hydrogen content per specific surface area of 1.00 to 2.10 mg/m2, and an electrical conductivity of 10 to 15 S/cm determined by powder resistance measurement at a load of 12 kN.
