1. A light-emitting device comprising:
a first electrode;
a second electrode facing the first electrode;
a subminiature light-emitting device disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode; and
a planarization layer disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode, wherein
the subminiature light-emitting device has a length in a range of about 0.1 μm to about 10 μm, and
the planarization layer comprises a composition including an oligomeric compound that is represented by one of Formula 3 to Formula 7:
