1. A method, comprising:
associating, via at least one computing device, a unique identifier with a commerce good;
receiving, via the at least one computing device, a first query comprising a first value of a particular attribute and the unique identifier;
receiving, via the at least one computing device, a second query comprising a second value of the particular attribute and the unique identifier;
determining, via the at least one computing device, a difference between the first value of the particular attribute and the second value of the particular attribute;
determining, via the at least one computing device, that the difference between the first value and the second value meets a particular threshold;
in response to the difference meeting the particular threshold, determining, via the at least one computing device, an authenticity of the commerce good; and
upon receiving an indication of counterfeiting, prompting a user of the commerce good to provide a user identifying information.
