1. A method for providing a graphical user interface (“GUI”) for configuring a user experience score framework, comprising:
displaying on the GUI a plurality of expandable user experience score categories, the expandable user experience score categories corresponding to a desktop version of an application, a mobile version of the application, and device health of user devices executing the application, respectively;
displaying on the GUI, for each expandable user experience score category of the plurality of expandable user experience score categories, a chart with a breakdown of a percentage of corresponding user experience scores that fall into each of the expandable user experience score categories;
displaying on the GUI, a rating of the user experience scores, including at least a poor rating, a neutral rating and a good rating;
displaying an expanded view of one of the plurality of expandable user experience score categories in response to a user selection, wherein the expanded view comprises:
a metric used to calculate a user experience score for the selected user experience score category, and
a slide bar with first and second movable elements, the first movable element corresponding to a first threshold for the metric and the second movable element corresponding to a second threshold for the metric, wherein the first threshold and the second threshold are used to determine the rating of the user experience scores;
receiving user inputs sliding the first movable element on the slide bar to select a new first threshold and sliding the second movable element on the slide bar to select a new second threshold; and
modifying the rating of the user experience scores based on the user input sliding the first movable element on the slide bar to select the new first threshold and sliding the second movable element on the slide bar to select the new second threshold, wherein the rating of the user experience scores displayed on the GUI is updated to display the modified rating.
