1. A system comprising:
one or more processing devices communicatively couplable to one or more servers and a plurality of nodes via one or more networks; and
memory communicatively coupled to the one or more processing devices, the memory storing instructions which when executed by the one or more processing devices, cause the one or more processing devices to perform operations comprising:
receiving, from a first node of the plurality of nodes, a subset of one or more data files, a plurality of data files, wherein the subset is from a plurality of data files stored in a storage repository, wherein the subset comprises a physiological image and an entity identifier corresponding to the physiological image;
consequent to the receiving the subset of one or more data files, identifying a site that is at least partially imaged by the physiological image;
transmitting one or more requests to one or more systems that are remote from the one or more processing device;
receiving one or more additional data files mapped to the entity identifier, comprising one or more additional physiological images;
selectively augmenting at least part of the subset and including at least part of the one or more additional data files in a package with the subset;
selecting a distribution server from a plurality of distribution server; and
transmitting the package to the selected distribution server at a second node of the plurality of nodes.
