1. A server system comprising:
a memory resource; and
a processing resource operably intercoupled with the memory resource and configured to instantiate an instance of software configured to:
perform a set of operations to communicate with a third-party system to manage a license for a third-party software tool;
generate a set of logs describing the set of operations;
detect an occurrence of an error related to one or more of the set of operations;
in response to the detection of the error, provide the set of logs as an input to a machine learning model, the machine learning model having been trained using training data comprising:
previously generated sets of logs describing previously performed sets of operations of the instance of software resulting in previous errors; and
a cause of the previous errors; and
generate, as an output of the machine learning model, a cause of the error.
