1. A system for generating a facilities report for a property, comprising:
a system computer comprising a network connection;
software executing on the system computer to receive a location from global positioning data associated with a mobile device;
software executing on the system computer to identify a facilities report corresponding to the property located at the location, the facilities report including one or more photos, wherein the facilities report is provided via the network connection;
software executing on the system computer to receive survey data associated with a mobile device, the survey data provided in an industry standard format;
software executing on the system computer to receive a new photo related to the survey data, wherein the new photo is associated with the survey data by identifying global positioning system data received from the mobile device that corresponds to the survey data;
software executing on the system to automatically route the new photo to a location associated with the survey data based on the global position data;
software executing on the system computer to automatically generate an updated facilities report for the property, the updated facilities report generated based on the survey data and the new photo; and
software executing on system computer presenting a Graphic User Interface (GUI), wherein the GUI includes a representation of the updated facilities report, the one or more photos, and the new photo.
