1. A rail assembly comprising:
a housing; comprising a channel and at least one cavity;
at least one endcap removably couplable to the housing;
at least one lock, disposed within the at least one cavity, and extending along a length of the housing;
at least one cam, disposed within the channel and extending along the length of the housing, wherein the cam is rotatable between an open position and a closed position;
wherein rotation of the cam causes movement of the one or more locks to compressively retain a panel within the cavity; and
wherein the endcap is configured to inhibit rotation of the cam when the endcap is coupled to the housing.
