1. A cationic amphipathic polymer of the formula:

R^1Aand R^2Aare each independently hydrogen, substituted or unsubstituted alkyl, substituted or unsubstituted heteroalkyl, substituted or unsubstituted cycloalkyl, substituted or unsubstituted heterocycloalkyl, substituted or unsubstituted aryl, or substituted or unsubstituted heteroaryl;

R²⁰¹is oleyl;

R²⁰²is nonenyl;

n21 is 1 to 100;

n22 is 1 to 100; and

n is 2to 50.
