1. A method for administering at least one drug to a patient, comprising:
determining, with a locator assembly of an apparatus, a location of an access port under a skin of the patient;
adhering a base plate of the apparatus to the skin of the patient at a location corresponding to the location of the access port;
detaching the locator assembly from a base coupler of the base plate adhered to the skin; and
administering, through an opening in the base plate adhered to the skin, a first drug to the patient.
