1. An intervertebral implant comprising a body extending longitudinally along a primary axis, the intervertebral implant comprising:
a baseplate disposed at a proximal end of the body;
an elongated arm including a superior arm and an inferior arm disposed along the primary axis and each including a vertebral support surface, the elongated arm being articulable relative to the baseplate such that the intervertebral implant comprises a collapsed position in which the elongated arm is in a first spatial position and a deployed position in which the elongated arm is in a second spatial position that differs from the first spatial position along both a secondary axis and a tertiary axis;
an expansion mechanism engaging the superior and inferior arms; and
an insert including an elongate hollow externally threaded cylinder, wherein during implantation of the implant between adjacent vertebrae, a deployer engages the baseplate interiorly of the superior and inferior arms to guide the implant into a desired position between the adjacent vertebrae and a connection rod is telescopically received within the deployer and elongate hollow externally threaded cylinder to engage the body of the implant to articulate the elongated arm relative to the baseplate and expand the intervertebral implant along the secondary axis and the tertiary axis.
