1. A method for wireless communications by a first user equipment (UE), comprising:
receiving, from a second UE, first resource information indicating a first sidelink transmission scheduled within a first time and frequency resource of a resource allocation for a sidelink channel, a first priority level of the first resource information, and a parameter threshold used to generate the first resource information; communicating a second sidelink transmission within the resource allocation for the sidelink channel based at least in part on the first resource information; and
merging the first resource information with second resource information generated by the first UE to obtain merged resource information based at least in part on determining that a priority level of the second sidelink transmission matches the first priority level of the first resource information.
