1. An integrated image sensor and lens assembly comprising:
an image sensor assembly defining an optical axis;
a lens holder coupled to the image sensor assembly, the lens holder including a tubular body portion terminating in a tapered surface extending at an angle to the optical axis, the tapered surface including first and second ends and extending continuously therebetween; and
a single-piece lens barrel coupled to the lens holder by an adhesive applied between the lens holder and the single-piece lens barrel such that the adhesive extends in non-perpendicular relation to the optical axis.
