1. A method comprising:
collecting call metric data for a plurality of calls comprising a percentage of blocked calls and an average score calculated from a plurality of scam scores assigned to the plurality of calls; and
updating an active call scam model stored on a call processing server based on a modified one or more call filtering criteria parameters related to the call metric data.
