1. A network configuration method comprising:
receiving, by a home appliance through Bluetooth communication, mobile terminal information and network access information of a wireless network access point sent by a mobile terminal, the mobile terminal information being sent to both the home appliance and a server;
accessing the wireless network access point according to the network access information; and
sending the mobile terminal information to the server for the server to:
send a message of successful network configuration of the home appliance to the mobile terminal in response to receiving the mobile terminal information from the home appliance within a preset time period after receiving the mobile terminal information from the mobile terminal; and
send a network configuration failure prompt message to the mobile terminal in response to not receiving the mobile terminal information from the home appliance within the preset time period after receiving the mobile terminal information from the mobile terminal.
