6. A method performed by a user equipment (UE), the method comprising:
receiving, from a base station, a radio resource control (RRC) message including configuration information associated with a codebook; and
transmitting, to the base station, a channel state information (CSI) report including a second codebook component based on the configuration information, wherein a first codebook component is identified as a component not reported and wherein the first codebook component is related to N3;
wherein the N3 is a number related to precoding matrices,
wherein the second codebook component is related to a PCSI-Reference Signal (RS)/2 element column vector, and
wherein PCSI-RS is a number of CSI-RS ports.
