a bar-code reader that reads and inputs a lot number, an expiration date, and a serial number of one of the articles from a first bar-code printed on the tag fastened to the articles;
a thermometer that measures a temperature in the container;
a data logger that memorizes therein data of the temperature measured by the thermometer in chronological order;
a printer;
a memory; and
a CPU that is connected to the memory,
wherein the CPU
controls the data logger so as to write temperature data read from the data logger to the memory,
generates quality data of each of the articles based on the temperature data read from the memory,
controls the barcode reader to acquire data from the barcode reader and write the data to the memory,
generates a first print data including numbers representing the lot number, the expiration date, and the serial number of the articles which are data read from the bar-code reader and writes it to the memory,
generates a second print data including a second bar-code representing the lot number, the expiration date, and the serial number of the articles which are data read from the memory,
generates a third print data including a graphic image representing quality in chronological order of the cooling gas in the container that accommodates the articles therein during delivery, based on the quality data which are data read from the memory;
outputs the first print data, the second print data, and the third print data read from the memory to the printer, and
controls the printer so as to print a quality certificate on a recording medium by using the printer.
