1. An irradiation assembly for additively manufacturing three-dimensional objects, the irradiation assembly comprising:
an irradiation device comprising one or more illumination elements respectively configured to emit an energy beam; and
a magnetic mounting device configured to displaceably support the irradiation device, the magnetic mounting device comprising a magnetic slider element coupled to the irradiation device and a magnetic stator element couplable to a housing structure of an additive manufacturing machine, at least one of the magnetic slider element and the magnetic stator element including an active magnetic component configured to hold the magnetic slider element to the magnetic stator element;
wherein the magnetic stator element comprises a displacement surface configured to magnetically slide the magnetic slider element along a movement path above at least a portion of a construction plane of the additive manufacturing machine while the one or more illumination elements respectively emit the energy beam to selectively irradiate build material at one or more regions of the construction plane,
wherein the displacement surface is configured to magnetically slide the magnetic slider element in at least two perpendicular linear movement axes defined in the displacement surface.
