1. A composition, comprising:
a hydrocarbon and ozone catalyst comprising one or more catalytic layers overlying a substrate, wherein the one or more catalytic layers comprise:
a non-catalytic component comprising titanium oxide;
an ozone catalytic component comprising cobalt oxide; and
a hydrocarbon catalytic component comprising platinum,
wherein an outermost layer of the one or more catalytic layers includes the hydrocarbon catalytic component distributed in the non-catalytic component,
wherein the non-catalytic component, the zone catalytic component, and the hydrocarbon catalytic compoent are each formed from a washcoat and present in the one or more catalytic layers as particles adhered together,
wherein the hydrocarbon catalytic component hydrocarbon catalytic particles having an average particle size less than about 15 nanometers,
wherein the non-catalytic component comprises non-catalytic particles having an average particle size between about 15 nanometers and about 30 nanometers, and
wherein the ozne catalytic component comprises ozone catalytic particles having an average particle size less than about 15 micrometers.
