1. A Cervidae feed composition containing about 0.005 to about 0.2 wt % of a phytogenic composition, wherein the phytogenic composition comprises thyme oil and at least one compound selected from the group consisting of Quillaja, Curcuma and cayenne pepper,
wherein the feed composition further comprises a base feed in the form of a pellet, extruded nugget, granular mixture, feed block, mineral block, feed tub, paste, gels, and combinations thereof,
wherein the base feed comprises one or more of processed grain by-products, roughage products, plant protein products, molasses products, pellet binders, vegetable oils, salt, calcium carbonate, probiotics, flavoring agents, vitamins, or minerals, and
wherein the base feed comprises grain products from about 1 to about 20 wt % of the feed composition.
