1. A method of operating a medical device including a shaft and a handle, the method comprising:
applying a vacuum pressure to a lumen of the shaft to draw an implant into the lumen; and
applying an expulsion pressure to the lumen via an actuator to expel the implant from a distal end of the shaft through a tapered nozzle, wherein the implant is a breast implant or a gluteal implant, and drawing the implant into the lumen compresses the implant.
