1. A compound of formula (I):

R1 is fluoro;
R2 is hydrogen, C1-C4alkyl, C1-C4alkoxy, C1-C4haloalkyl, or C3-C4cycloalkyl;
R3 is halogen, C1-C4alkyl, C1-C4alkoxy, C1-C4haloalkyl, or C3-C4cycloalkyl;
R4 is hydrogen;
R5 is hydrogen, halogen, C1-C6alkyl, C2-C6alkenyl, C2-C6alkynyl, C1-C4haloalkyl, C2-C6haloalkenyl, C2-C6haloalkynyl, hydroxyC1-C4alkyl, cyanoC1-C4alkyl, C3-C6cycloalkyl, phenyl or heteroaryl, wherein the heteroaryl moiety is a 5- or 6-membered aromatic monocyclic ring comprising 1, 2, 3 or 4 heteroatoms individually selected from nitrogen, oxygen and sulfur, and wherein the C3-C6cycloalkyl, phenyl and heteroaryl moieties are each optionally substituted with 1 to 3 groups represented by R7;
R6 is hydrogen, halogen, C1-C6alkyl, C2-C6alkenyl, C2-C6alkynyl, C1-C4haloalkyl, C2-C6haloalkenyl, C2-C6haloalkynyl, hydroxyC1-C4alkyl, cyanoC1-C4alkyl, C3-C6cycloalkyl, phenyl or heteroaryl, wherein the heteroaryl moiety is a 5- or 6-membered aromatic monocyclic ring comprising 1, 2, 3 or 4 heteroatoms individually selected from nitrogen, oxygen and sulfur, and wherein the C3-C6cycloalkyl, phenyl and heteroaryl moieties are each optionally substituted with 1 to 3 groups represented by R7;
R7 is halogen, cyano, hydroxyl, C1-C3alkyl, C1-C3alkoxy, or C3-C4cycloalkyl;
X is N;
or a salt or an N-oxide thereof.
