1. An oil well pump system comprising:
A prime mover;
a pumpjack coupled to the primary mover, wherein the primary mover comprises a motor, wherein the motor operates in a 300-500 RPM range;
a fuel injector coupled to the motor; and
a programmable control module coupled to fuel injector causing the fuel injector and motor to operate in the 300-500 RPM range.
