1. A system for separating graphene nanoplatelets (GNP) from initial graphite raw material, the system comprising:
an exfoliation module for exfoliating the raw material to create a percentage of separated GNP in a resulting bulk mixture;
an agglomerate breaking module coupled to the exfoliation module to break up agglomerates between the separated GNP in the bulk mixture; and
a separation module coupled to the agglomerate breaking module, separating the mixture into particles having different fractions of GNP content and size distribution.
